4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Transaction Processing Services

Clients may request a fee refund if service is cancelled within 7 days. Requests beyond this period incur a 50% administrative charge. To initiate a refund or reschedule a session without charge, contact Teravine via phone or Contact Us Form. Rescheduling is available once per service, provided notice is given at least 5 days before the appointment date.

4.2 Digital Education Materials

Delivery of digital materials is immediate upon purchase. All purchases of digital materials are final; no reimbursement, platform or rescheduling is offered to safeguard content integrity.

4.3 Specialized Goods

Goods may be platformd or fees reimbursed within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs for sending items back are covered by the purchaser, unless items are defective or incorrect. Upon receipt, a reimbursement is processed via the original payment channel within 10 business days.

5. Service Modifications

Teravine reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service. Notice will be provided on the Site or by email. Teravine bears no liability for such changes.
